Emy says it is important to check in with our bodies. Radical self-care creates a balance in our lives and we need to incorporate more actions of love to ourselves. She then had us take a moment to rate how we were feeling on a scale of 1-10. After that, she guided the group through an eight minute meditation. Afterwards, she asked if the meditation changed our rating and what did we learn from this exercise. Health and wellness is the foundation to our well-being.
