The Savannah Regional Film Commission is the central point of contact for entertainment production in our region and is a division of SEDA. Their purpose is to promote the Savannah region as a premier film destination for motion picture, television, and commercial productions. There are over 1600 filming locations in Savannah! They provide location packages as well as scouting for professional productions.
The Film Commission partners with small businesses in our area in order to promote their services to production crews. They also provide local film industry training by working with area universities and technical colleges.
