We all move and breathe, but do we all do it as well as we can?  Our bodies are adaption machines, conforming to our daily activities. Although not all adaptations are beneficial. A large portion of the population now spend the majority of their time in a seated, back-rounded head-forward position.  All while breathing short, shallow chest breaths.  Incomplete movement patterns have hidden our natural movement potential.  The accumulation of stress in our daily lives has locked some in a fight or flight negative feedback loop. Joints ache less when properly positioned and strenthened, sleep and digestion can improve just through various breathing techniques.
