Jay Melder is the City Manager of Savannah and is responsible for annual budget development and advising the City Council on policy issues. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the City of Savannah, the state’s second largest municipal corporation (excludes consolidated governments) with a $425M budget and 2,400 employees. The title of Jay's presentation will be "Update on City Strategic Plan and Projects."
