Roy Austin last visited RCSE in October 2020, so he will return to give us an update on his non-profit, which helps rural African schools with little or no electricity or internet access establish libraries. For those who are new members: this is a wonderful and inspiring program that you'll want to hear all about! |

Our annual Oyster Roast is a favorite of all of the long-time RCSE members. Graciously hosted by Gordon Matthews at his stunningly beautiful home, it's a truly phenomenal event. His home has multiple screened-in porches, a large open air deck, an observation deck, and some incredible hammock islands that are accessible by footpath. We'll have oysters, of course, but also some non-shellfish options for those who aren't oyster eaters. Beer, wine, tea, and water will be available. The club will cover the cost of members to attend, but each additional guest (including kids) will cost $$, which must be paid in advance. Carpooling is encouraged, as parking is limited. |
